The Bill Arrives Without Being Asked

Registered agent service runs $249 per year and the renewal happens on its own. Looking in July 2026 we found no promotional opening rate, nothing knocked off for bundling, and no package where the figure comes down, which means the $249 you pay this March is the $249 you pay next March unless somebody at the company decides otherwise.

Set beside our flat rate, that is a gap of $150 every twelve months. Over five years of owning the same Wisconsin LLC the difference reaches $750, which is real money spent on a distinction that does not exist in the eyes of the state.
